Terry Dowman - Trainer/Instructor
Terry's career with dogs spans well over 30 years. His
experience includes teaching, training and competing at various levels of obedience, including Good Citizens, basic, advanced and competitive. He is also actively involved with a local training club and with other dog enthusiasts within the community, which include his MBIPDT and associations with the Animal Care College. Terry's combination of skills has been a asset to the Royvon team.
Terry: "I have gained experience and in-depth knowledge of canine behaviour and different training methods including modification that may be used in the training of dogs."
Gwyneth Evans - Trainer/Instructor
Gwyneth is another one of Royvon's Senior Trainers. She has been training, handling, showing and instructing dogs and owners for almost 30 years and has a wealth of experience with all breeds. She also competes in local and national obedience and breed competitions at a championship level with her Retriever and Border Collie - where she regularly takes first place!
Mick Roach

Mick Roach started his career with dogs as a specialist dog handler for the Army, HM Forces, where he earned top marks in his theory tests and was top student in his practical tests. He went on to become a kennel manager and is currently rounding-out his education and experience through intense study of animal behaviour and canine psychology.
Mick finds great job satisfaction with the problem-solving aspects of managing dogs and is able to quickly assess and earn trust of the most difficult dogs and angle the best way to approach the training and re-shaping process.
Long term, Mick has goals of specialising his work further through search and rescue and assistance training for the physically impaired. His favourite breeds are the German Shepherd, Labrador and Belguim Malamutes.
