Open House Policy    

  

We understand how stressful it is for most customers to put their dog in the care of another, and for this reason we welcome visitors to the school between the hours of 15:30 & 17:00 daily to:

• Tour our Facilities
• Meet the Team
• Observe Training Sessions, and
• Understand the Royvon training methods first hand!

In addition, we are so proud of our Team and are proud to have them show-off their skills for you!

We kindly ask that our Open House hours be limited to:

• Customers delivering their dog(s) to the school, and
• Guests to the school

It is important that owners with dogs going through the programme refrain from visiting the school during their dog's training, as dogs have very acute senses and should your dog suspect you are close, it will likely be unsettling for them.  However, we do encourage customers to deliver their dogs for training during our Open House hours to be assured that all our guest dogs are in very good care.
