Royvon offers the luxury of several training options for different levels of learning. All courses are under the direct supervision of highly experienced owner and trainer, Darren James. Our methods are based on consistency and reward techniques.

No harsh, correctional discipline is ever used!

These are not basic obedience courses. They are comprehensive obedience courses. Your dog will be taught to be under full control both on and off the lead, and as with life outside of our controlled sessions, natural distractions are used to make the training as realistic as possible.

We guarantee full control of your dog by course end, and this control will be demonstrated for you. However, it will still be your responsibility to learn the communication procedure and to be committed to maintaining the control in your home environment. You are not training your dog at this point, we have already done that for you, rather you are assuming the role as your dog's handler and it is necessary that you employ the exact methods that they have been taught through our programme.

Be assured, however, that whilst your dog is being trained, you are also being trained - we integrate training for the owners of our guest dogs within our daily progress reports, and as part of the personalised customer binder that will be presented to you at the commencement of the course. By the time you are ready for your tuition, the procedures have already been slowly and clearly outlined for you, thus there are no surprises when it is your turn to hold the lead and use the commands.
